    Mp3 BOT

    Option to record to MP3 files when BOT give MIC to room or can record by manual click.
    Option EQ, Enhancement audio.
    Automatic Gain Control when playback and recording. Can turn ON/OFF.
    Allow to save playlist.
    BOT can only read command in the vietnamese language (download VietPAL or use another software to command BOT)
    Type !help to learn all available commands
    Need Framework 3.5
