hi I see Admin made a tutorial for vb6 for creating programs with in paltalk but I don’t seem to be able to find one for vb 2010 onwards is there one or am I flogging a dead horse.

And if you still stuck you can asked help up in hereOctober 19, 2014 at 1:39 pm #190598cooper1203Memberthanks for the reply although I have already run into difficulties lol. I added the user control and files in the attached download and registered them but when I put the user control on the form with the line of code in the form load event and run it nothing happends ie it doesn’t tell me what room im in etc.
I am using Microsoft visual studio 2010 with windows 8.1

October 19, 2014 at 3:33 pm #190597autopilotMemberMake sure that on Windows Vista and newer that you are running with elevated permissions. This means to debug in the VS environment, you must start VS “As Administrator” and you need to make your program run “As Administrator” once compiled by editing the manifest.

I would post what code I have got and what I typed into the manifest but cant get it to post right.
I even copied and pasted in case the spelling was wrong but it still wont run right
