Resource Hacker is a program editor you can use to modified exe files, both 32bit and 64bit. I mainly use it to work with Paltlak. What makes this tool useful is I am able to find items such as Paltalk menu IDs. which than I can use to make programs that communicate with that ID, such as enabling when an user comes into the room and more. You can use with other programs too if you want.
