you want to use that thread…or create a new one since some things have changed from your original post? I am just finalizing the installer now and will upload it shortly. I added a note in the readme about the new option for the video strip.
Thank you!
January 23, 2014 at 11:14 pm #185921ChikeMemberI will just put a link there to the new download.
You can also add a note, for those who do not know, that the icon can be dragged from the invisible icons area to the tray. to be visible and easy to access.
January 23, 2014 at 11:18 pm #185920Reformed_DJMemberokay…before I saw this, and since the previous forum was locked, I started a new entry here
Whatever you feel is best.
Thank you again!

January 25, 2014 at 12:19 am #185916Reformed_DJMemberI got one issue I noticed….windows can not be clicked active, or closed, minimized etc unless you click the title bar and bring focus to it first….only started happening after you changed something with window focus I think. No difference in using the video strip with background refresh, or pop out windows with that option off.
So far, so good…

Windows as in, cam indows?
On what OS?
Are they auto arranged on screen or not? What it does is not letting other windows be active untill the cam window is activated, unless they have been activated by mouse click.
I don’t have this issue.

Could be that…

I’ll make pallib.dll without the hook for you to testJanuary 26, 2014 at 12:39 am #185911Reformed_DJMemberfor what it’s worth….it is better now….whatever you did….

It simply let activation go as they are, and you will lose roo edit field focus every time a cam open, not what I cal better.
It’s weird you have issues I don’t.
Is your video strip hidden or visible?
What other settings you have in paltalk, like stay on top or is main window minimized etc.
I need exact scenario so I can try to recreate.January 26, 2014 at 2:21 am #185909Reformed_DJMemberI use the regular video strip located at the top of the room….the room is open on the screen. I sometimes have 1 or 2 cams popped out….but not always….keep menu bar visable…floating webcam set to small, floating webcams are auto arranged…..
January 26, 2014 at 5:11 am #185908ChikeMemberI didn’t like this auto arrange from the start 🙂
