April 17, 2006 at 2:25 am #189132DarkCoderMemberhmm.. how close are yall to coming up with a code for this? I’m working on a code for this very thing to go with one of my new projects. I have most of it completed, i can go to the name i’m looking for i just haven’t found out how to highlight it, well i know what to do to highlight it.. i just don’t know how to use it yet. lol. I been working on it all day, hopefully i will figure the rest of it out soon, or at least I hope someone finds out how cause its a pain in the ass.
April 17, 2006 at 3:10 pm #189131AdminAdministratorDarkCoder, how you going bout it maybewe can help each other 🙂 we still stuck up in here
April 17, 2006 at 8:55 pm #189130DarkCoderMemberhmm.. well the way i planned it out was to just use the GETTEXT method or just change the state which will select the item you want. I tried sendkeys first, but i didn’t like it and ended up redoing it. The problem is that i’m not exactly sure how to use the gettext method, but I will find out soon :-). I’ve been trying different things to find the item i want.. such as using ensurevisible which will take you to the item, but is actually intended to ensure the fact that the item is visible. I’m not sure how yall are doing it, but i have found this to be the easiest way for me :-/.
April 17, 2006 at 11:01 pm #189129DarkCoderMemberhmm i’m getting very close but somehow i did something to mess it up.. and now ensurevisible isn’t doing its job :-/ i’m about to go work on it somemore.
oh by the way, how were yall going about selecting a Item, are you all trying to do it with sendkeys or what?
April 17, 2006 at 11:26 pm #189128AdminAdministratorwell i did use sendkeys but that shit dont worl 🙁 I hoping to find a much more reliable way 🙄
April 17, 2006 at 11:58 pm #189127DarkCoderMemberi’m like very close to finding it 🙂
