i use this programs to protect my pc, and i never have any
problems they are all free some need registracion:
start up monitor, start up mechanic, spywareblaster,
ad-aware se personal, spybot search & destroy, a-sqared free,
windows defender,avast antivirus, sygate personal firewal,
freeram xp and foxie firewal for ie.
if you have many keyllogers and sniffers like me you have to
be carefull not to clean something necessary.
