    New emoticons for paltalk …just copy and paste it in the Paltalk directory. Make sure PalTalk is not running even in your system tray. this file have some flags…

    I had a dll file awhile ago it had allot of new emoticons,the only thing was that the ppl in the room that did not have the file installed could not see the new icons,also it disabled the feature of being able to freeze the chat and copy/paste shit.

    Possibly because it is in a .rar format.
    Do a google search for Winrar.

    thank you for quick responce i am new here
    need all the help i can get i downloaded winrar
    when i try to open file it says

    loadlibrary failed the specified module could not be found
