Paltalk 10.4 problem logging in?

    Greetings Imfiles,

    I just want to leave you a message regarding my trouble logging in to the new version of paltalk, 10.4 511. I have been having issues logging in lately as windows keeps crashing it (for some weird reason). I don’t know whether I should download another paltalk 10.4 version or should I delete some of my files. I am using windows 7 and have Norton as my antivirus. I even tried to check my firewall and see if it is the one that’s causing me problems. Unfortunately, it didn’t change anything as I still have the same problem. Should I contact paltalk management about this problem? or perhaps, what solution would be for this problem? Please, if u have time kindly reply back to this post and any help will be appreciated. I am worried that my account has been banned or hacked because of this problem……

    Can you log in with earlier versions of maltalk?
    You can find some of them in download section of this site.

    I am 90% sure Paltalk wont help you directly in this case, and will tell you to Download their Latest Version. But we are glad to see you took your chance on Imfiles..

    As Chike asked if you could provide us info about if you are able to login with another version of Paltalk. Because obviously its not a regular thing for paltalk to crash just suddenly!

    I am thinking that you have something running in the background or on your computer that causes this, or maybe missing an Important update… But please try to Install another Version of Paltalk and see if you have the same issue!
