    hi all is there any program that creates administrator account with password in windows xp .i saw one here long time ago but i can nto find it.Thanks

    I know a program from Sysinternals, I think its called ERD2005 , or Emergency Recovery Disc 2005.. with this one u can boot ur machine with this CD and choose to reset ur Administrator Account or change its password.

    i am not sure if this will answer u.
