Voice and Text Disable in the room ( Paltalk BAN )

i think paltalk had BAN my voice and text ( currently disable) everytime i went to anyroom

anyone can help me out with this?

NOTE: i got ban from Paltalk admin because i open a room, someone made prankcall, they got BAN and as the owner I got the same BAN (restricted admin)
