Sorry if this is in the wrong area of the forum.
Can anyone tell me which cam software has the effect / overlay that has bright star like flashes around an object ? I know paltalk has some basic overlays and one of them is stars but thats not what I’m looking for. There’s some intelligence in the overlay as it seems to have some object recognition and places the flashes on the edges of the object (person).
I haven’t gone through the different web cam software like webcammax or softcam or split cam yet. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to use trial and error to find that effect.
